After assisting on over 20 live podcast recordings at Sixth & I, I've gained insight on what it takes to produce a quality episode.
In addition to producing concerts, I had the opportunity to host book talks for a variety of authors, politicians, activists, actors, and more.
Through Sixth & I's partnership with Live Nation, I've gotten first-hand experience with artists from all genres. I've also learned how to maintain a clear line of communication between agents, production crews, and talent managers to put on amazing shows.
In just 2 years, I've helped elevate the Sixth & I brand by producing over 100 live podcasts, book talks, and concerts.
Managing logistics, tech riders, and hospitality for iconic figures like Debbie Harry has become second nature. Nothing more important than making sure the talent feels comfortable and enjoys their experience with my team.
DC JAZZ FESTIVAL
Covering this long boardwalk with 3 stages and almost 10,000 visitors was a challenge well worth the experience. My responsibilities included brand visibility, monitoring interns and merch, and assisting the Executive Director.
I've been afforded the opportunity to work in many DC venues, The Anthem was definitely top 5!
Having those 2 minutes to listen in on a show you've helped coordinate is the best part of event night. Check these talented women out!
Picking the right venue makes all the difference. Hearing strings in a serene outdoor museum will change your life.
Managing merch for a festival forced me to put my business hat on. Beyond the display, keeping track of inventory, expenses, and profits broadened my skill set.
